How to be a Letter Sponsor...

The purpose of Santa’s Heart is to help the volunteers who are helping Santa answer his mail.
It is very rewarding for us to hear from all the people who are enjoying the gift of giving this year.

We have gotten many requests from people wanting to support the children but they are unable to for whatever reason to physically go to the Post Office or purchase gifts and send them directly to the children, yet they still wish to donate money for gifts.

We have created the Letter Sponsor program to facilitate this desire.

When you register as a Sponsor you will be able to deposit money into an Escrow account. You will have the option of selecting the letters you wish to sponsor, or you can opt to have Santa’s Heart’s staff administrators select letters on your behalf.

We are working with and seeking even more organizations that are willing to donate their time to be a part of this project by adopting letters that have a specified amount of financial sponsorship. Once these letters are adopted the person or group adopting will be responsible for purchasing, and shipping the gifts. Once completed, the store receipts and a copy of the USPS Delivery Confirmation label need to be scanned and uploaded to the listing that they were sent to. Once posted, the adopting party will be reimbursed via PayPal. The adopter needs to be aware that there will be a small charge for receiving the PayPal payment. This amount will be noted in the adoption confirmation e-mail.

The sponsor will be able to login and see the scanned image of the receipts and the USPS Delivery Confirmation on the listings they sponsored.

This unique system allows Sponsors to receive something in return.

We call it "Charitable Confirmation"

With Santa’s Heart when you choose to donate your time, toys, gifts, etc, you can actually direct where it will go.You may choose which City, neighborhood and you may even select the individual "Letter Writer" that benefits from your generosity.

We know most business owners want to see their charitable giving working in the very community that they do business in. We believe that this system facilitates this desire.

It is our desire to honor our sponsors with a “Sponsored” button on the listing that can be a hyperlink to your website. If you do not have a website contact our design staff and for a small fee we can create one for you to recognize you for your generosity.
