Santa's Helpers are the first step...

Santa's Helpers will be the ones who get letters from the Post Office and enter the information into the Santa’s Heart internet based system.

The following tasks can be completed by one person, or shared by groups of people.

The five steps can be completed by one person, or separated and shared by groups of people.

These steps are as follows

1. You may pick up letters at local Post Offices. Always call first to confirm there are letter there since not all post offices are equipped to handle Santa's mail. Many post offices will fax you a release form to sign and then mail or fax you letters. If you intend on uploading the letters to our system be understanding of the fact that we are not directly affiliated with the post office many of the branches have never heard of us. Ask the postal employee you are working with if they would be more comfortable if you fax them a flyer about Santa's Heart. (Located Here) The ones located here, help them to understand who we are and what it is we are doing. 
2. Read and sort the letters.
3. Create listings at the Santa’s Heart website.    (Tutorials Located Here)
4. Scan the letters and create image files.
5. Attach the PDF’s to the listing at the Santa’s Heart website.

 Steps to input the data...

Once you have completed the registration process as a Santa's Helper there is a Log In link on the left side of the home page.
You must log in with the Username and Password you created during registration.
If you have forgotten your password click the "Forgotten Password" link and enter your Email address to have a new one emailed to you.
