Elves:

These volunteers will be the ones who adopts the letters, and sends a letter and or a gift to the letter writer.
If you find yourself in a position where you cannot complete the entire transaction please visit the Volunteer Forum to find groups in your area offering assistance.

Step One - Register...

You must register. As soon as you complete the short registration form our system will send you an email within that email there will be a link that you must click to activate your account with Santa's Heart.

Step Two - Log Into Your Account...

You must log in with the Username and Password you created during registration.
If you have forgotten your password click the "Forgotten Password" link and enter your Email address to have a new one emailed to you.

Step Three - Adopt A Letter...

Browse the listings and when you find a letter you wish to Adopt click the "Adopt This Letter" button on listing. You will prompted to "confirm" that you wish to continue with the adoption and that you agree with the terms of Letter Adoption. Click here to see these terms. Once you have agreed you will receive an email with the personal information not shown on the listing or the letter itself. This security feature is to protect the identity and security of the children.

Step Four - Plan Your Letter And Or Gift...

When you "Adopt a Letter" you are committing to at a minimum to send a letter to the letter writer. there are guidelines for that letter you need to follow. These are posted here. Gift Giving to the Letter writers are a blessing for both the letter writer and the person adopting. There are guidelines that need to be followed and they are posted here.
